Will my products be refrigerated/frozen the whole time?
This is a great question! Our products remain refrigerated/frozen in a warehouse until the day of pickup or local delivery. As they are prepared for delivery or pickup they are placed in a refrigerated truck or van and are held at 32 degrees.
